Spam filtering

On our Linux hosting platform, we have RBL (Real-time Blackhole List) checks enabled by default to help decrease incoming spam. We would recommend using the user level filtering options to block common spam domains if you are seeing increases in incoming spam.

Within your webmail interface or your email client (e.g. Outlook) you can setup filtering or use our webmail blacklist function.
You can also enable a SPAM folder or setup to move all reported SPAM mails to your trash folder.
Please remember to cleanup your folder weekly or monthly.

To see your webmail please type in this URL (replace with your domain name):
http://YOURDOMAIN.COM/webmail

Tip: Remember to never store mail for longer periods in your webmail interface. Please download (POP3) all mail to your local email client. Because we do not permit excessive mail storage, archiving or backup on our web hosting service and is considered a violation of our terms of service.
